What is Testosterone cypionate 250?

Firstly, Testosterone cypionate 250 containing the active ingredient Testosterone Cypionate (250 mg) is considered an androgen and anabolic steroid testosterone booster medication. Most often, this drug is used by athletes, mainly in bodybuilding. Cypionat 250 is one of the most “long” testosterone esters, with an average duration of action up to 14-17 days, due to which there is no need for frequent injections, as is the case with the same Propionat. Of course, for most athletes, this is more a positive feature of the drug than the other way around.

Secondly, Cypionat 250 is the most popular prolonged testosterone ester among American athletes, since the United States has a high production volume of this particular form of testosterone, while the trend towards the use of Testosterone Enanthate prevails worldwide. Comparing the two steroids, we can say that they can be an alternative to each other, and have a similar nature of action and there is no fundamental difference, so the choice of one or the other is rather a matter of convenience.

Thirdly, Cypionat 250 is one of the few steroids that are effective even without combining with other steroids. One can safely count on serious gains in muscle mass, strength and endurance.

How is Cypionat 250 used?

Injections are done once in 7 days. The dose is adjusted individually, on average up to 600 mg. If there is an experience of testosterone use, it is allowed to increase the dose to 1 g, but no longer. The blocking of any estrogenic effects is possible by taking Proviron, Nolvadex. The best combinations for building muscle mass are considered combinations of Cypionat 250 with Deca 300 or Deca 500.

Adverse effects

With the wrong use of the drug or its overdose, side effects occur:

• baldness or the appearance of excessive hair on body is caused by the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone. In this case, the dosage of the drug is reduced, or drugs that contribute to the opposite effect are added to the cycle (for example, Finasteride);
• prostate enlargement is similar to previous reasons, is corrected in the same way under the supervision of a physician;
• Acne rash is leveled out by strict adherence to the diet and the use of personal hygiene products (lotions, antiseptics, dietary supplements against acne). In cases of hypersensitivity to dihydrotestosterone, it is better to stop Cypionat 250 usage in general;
• swelling due to water retention in the body.

Under the influence of male hormones, masculine features may appear in women – coarsening of the skin, excessive body hair, changes in body fat.

Post–Cycle Therapy (PCT)

The main disadvantage of Cypionat 250 is aromatization (“transformation” into estrogen), which can be fraught with gynecomastia, water retention and high blood pressure, although such estrogen-dependent complications are characteristic of any testosterone ester in principle. Fortunately, this problem is solved by the use of aromatase blockers (Arimidex, etc.).

Example of Cypionat 250 Cycle

This drug can be combined with other esters, but the effect will be more from combining it with Turanabol, Anavar and Dianabol.

Cycle for beginners: 400 mg of Cypionat per week, 50 mg Anavar per day. Reception duration: 42 days. Then another 14 days inject 50 mg of Propionat every other day and 50 mg of Winstrol per day. Then begins post-course therapy.

Cycle on weight: 600 mg of Cypionat per week, 50 mg of Turanabol per day. Reception duration: 56 days. Then, 14 days is taken 50 mg of Propionat every other day and Winstrol 50 mg per day. Then begins post-cycle therapy.

Cycle on strength: 600 mg Cypionat per week and 200 mg of Deca per week. Reception duration: 56 days. Then begins post-cycle therapy.
